YOUR RANGE OF TASKS

You're a hunter.

  • You participate in the cool face of The Battalion. As a sales manager, you are also the face of The Battalion. First, you can rely on your network and actively look for new (international) sales markets in order to further expand our customer base. And you know how to encourage inbound leads to work with us.

How you do this is something we'd like to leave to you: attend events, organize meetings, or do you have wilder ideas? We'd love to hear about it! In any case, you know how to expand your network and get you excited about creative cooperation with our company. We fully support your commercial talents with creative input from our team and a well-organized back office.

You're a Problem Solver.

  • “Storytelling has no secrets for you. When you pitch ideas, everyone hangs on your every word.”

After you've arranged an appointment with potential customers, the real work begins. Based on your digital and marketing knowledge, you can effortlessly empathize and navigate the world of your customers. You therefore contribute creatively and result-oriented ideas about how content can be integrated into various campaigns.. You can feed these dreams back to the team with a tight briefing in order to make a strong proposal together.

You're a people person. & a team player.

  • You enjoy working in a team. If business developer do you brainstorm with our team about commercial proposals and proactively thinks about how to go about them in a creative way (let) elaborate. YOUR MOST IMPORTANT COMPETENCIES

  • Your sales pipeline is always filled thanks to your thorough prospecting. You are responsible for building, managing & maintaining your customer portfolio and managing and maintaining the CRM systems for commercial and administrative purposes.
